Charisma Lab Industries is a GMP and ISO 9001 certified OEM manufacturer that helps entrepreneurs and brands bring their cosmetic and supplement ideas to life. Our journey from a small dropshipping operation to a full-scale certified factory reflects our commitment to quality, empowerment, and partnership with local businesses. We provide end-to-end solutions from formulation and development to compliant manufacturing so our clients can focus on building their brands.

Charisma Lab Industries began with small steps but great determination. Founded with limited capital, we started as a dropshipper for cosmetic and health products. During this foundational period, our founder gained deep insights into the cosmetic industry supply chain, learning about product origins and the operations of OEM manufacturers in Malaysia.
This hands-on experience evolved into a strategic marketing consultancy role for several OEM factories. We successfully connected manufacturers with large-scale clients, building strong industry relationships and trust. The commissions earned during this consulting phase became the seed capital to launch our own manufacturing venture.
Driven by the desire to create job opportunities for our community, we established Charisma Laboratories through subcontracting (OEM product repackaging). Our early operations ran from a simple shop house—limited in resources but abundant in spirit. We hired our first team members to support operations while developing basic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflow systems, and OEM customer management protocols.
Recognizing the importance of technical expertise, we made consistent investments in paid professional courses covering cosmetic and health beverage formulation, Research & Development (R&D), Quality Control, Regulatory Compliance, and factory operations management. This education enabled our pivotal transition from a repackaging model to developing our own in-house formulation and product development capabilities.
Our commitment to growth led to establishing our own OEM factory with systematic and scalable production facilities. We expanded our organizational structure to include dedicated departments for R&D, Production, Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Marketing & Sales, and Management & Administration, while increasing production capacity to support more OEM brands.
Our dedication to quality was formally recognized through achieving GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) Certification and ISO 9001 Quality Management System Certification. We’ve been acknowledged as a compliant cosmetic and health beverage OEM factory that meets industry standards and were selected for the Geran Usahawan Program as a high-potential company in the manufacturing and OEM sector.
Today, with over 30 skilled team members across various functions, we serve as strategic partners to local brands in OEM product development. We also contribute to job creation, the development of halal and high-value manufacturing, and the growth of the local entrepreneurship ecosystem, fulfilling our vision of building more than just a factory, but a complete entrepreneurial platform.

Nor Jannah Abdullah, our Founder and Managing Director, built her entrepreneurial journey from the ground up. Beginning as a cosmetic and health product dropshipper, she gained comprehensive understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and industry supply chains. Her experience expanded as a Strategic Marketing Consultant for OEM manufacturers, where she successfully attracted large-scale clients and built robust industry networks.
Her expertise spans OEM business development and strategy, product formulation and R&D oversight, manufacturing and operations management, quality compliance and certification, and B2B marketing and industry networking. Under her leadership, Charisma Lab Industries has grown from small-scale operations to a GMP and ISO certified OEM factory, driven by strategic vision, continuous learning, and sustainable growth principles.
